I am looking for information relating to how to proceed with a traditional surrogacy in Ontario, preferably in the Ottawa area. A number of clinic websites seems to support gestational surrogacy but do not support traditional. I realize that this is due to the biological link between the mother and child; however, in this situation traditional is the favoured method due to medical reasons. Any information you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hi babs, you will find there is a very limited number of clinics that will assist with traditional surrogacy... and they are located in the southwestern Ontario area. Most intended parents and surrogate mothers do traditional surrogacy on their own via home insemination. Please contact me via my email at sally@surrogacy.ca for more information.
